Q. Is the manufactures warranty still applicable or valid?

A. Of course, and we offer extended warranties (manufactures plus) up to 7 years or 125 k Miles bumper to bumper.

Q. Do you take trade-ins?

A. Yes, we will give you a fair trade in value for your vehicle. We want to make your buying experience as easy and simple as possible

Q. Do you buy any vehicles with salvage or rebuilt title from the auction?

A. Absolutely NOT, All of our vehicles have clean titles and have been inspected and certified not to have any electrical, frame, or flood damage. Done by the certification dept at the auction.

Q. How long will it take for you to find my vehicle?

A. That varies on the year and type of vehicle, but normally we will have your vehicle in a matter of days.

Q. Where do the vehicles at the Auction come from?

A. The vast majority of the vehicles that we purchase for you are off leased vehicles that we purchase directly from the manufacturer or their finance company. The reminders are bought from the major rental car companies, trade-ins.

Q. A sales person at a dealership told me that all of their pre-owned vehicles were trade-ins. Is that True?

A. Don’t be fooled 99% of all pre=owned vehicles found at dealerships were purchased at a dealers only auction.

Q. Does that bank consider buying from you the same as buying from a dealership?

A. Yes, we are recognized as a full scale independent dealership with the state of Florida.

Q. Can I cancel my order if I find a vehicle for myself before you?

A. Yes, just give us 24 hour notice in writing before our purchase date and you will receive a full refund of your deposit.

Q. Can I as a customer be the guest of one of the brokers at the auction?

A. The dealer auction strictly prohibits private citizens from entering their premises.
